Coaching Support

Over a period of one month together we’ll work on:

  • Breaking unhelpful habits

  • Building healthier routines

  • Improving mindful eating

  • Reducing emotional eating

Coaching is designed to help you stay consistent, build confidence, and create lasting change with ongoing guidance and support throughout your journey.


If you'd like your coaching to extend beyond one month it'll be charged at £40 a month.
